The Service includes integrations with third-party providers such as Google, Stripe, Calendly, and QuickBooks.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

When you connect Google services, your use is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBrainer CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
